Have you ever experienced times when everything seems to flow easily? When you feel “On Top of the World?” When money and relationships are fun and easy? When synchronicities delight you and life seems bright and meaningful?

In contrast, have you ever experienced times when your job is a struggle? When stress is heaped upon stress? When issues seem to strain many relationships? When “life’s a drag?”

Inspired Flow or Struggle – It’s a Choice

Now, which would you prefer? If you want to have more inspired flow, then you must take responsibility for creating your experience. This seems a bitter pill when we so want to blame others for a bad experience. However, it is actually terrific news, because we have the power to create abounding joy, heartfelt love and flowing abundance. We have the power to create miracles!

Breakthrough Program

I remember, seventeen years ago, when I first got involved in the life-changing programs of Sandy Levey-Lunden. At the time, I was feeling great stress and resistance at work. In my first three day program, I felt that I had more deep breakthroughs than I had in my previous three years of various personal growth programs!

One area of breakthrough was my work. My worry thoughts about being late in preparing a technical part of a large sales proposal had now changed to eager anticipation. On Monday morning, after Sandy’s program, I was feeling fantastic! I expected that my proposal would be done in three days.

I was dressed and ready to leave for work, when suddenly a happy thought struck me: I do not need to go to work. There are many options for me, but none of them are out of need, lack or obligation. I am free. In fact, I really want to go to my workplace and enjoy it fully! I paused and sat for a moment as I fully appreciated this free feeling.

A Synchronistic Moment

Right at that very moment, Sandy called me and asked “Howard, do you want to come to my next three day program starting this morning?” Without hesitation I immediately answered “YES!” Then, with a second thought I added “and I want to get this sales proposal done first, then I’ll be there!”

After I hung up, I thought about the amazing synchronicity in the timing of her call. Had she called a minute earlier, I simply would not have even considered her idea. I was in “get out the door and go to work” mode. A few seconds later and I would have been out the door and gone.

With Inspiration the Whole World Opens Up

What astounded me more was how from my inspired and committed energy, everything flowed! The traffic, the willingness of co-workers, and the receptivity of my boss for three days off, all fell into place. My part of the sales proposal was done in three hours, not three days!  Plus the process was a joy.  My writing was briefer than usual and I even added a couple of new, inspired ideas that I would normally avoid.  In the end, we won the profitable contract.

Even more wonderful for me, I joined Sandy’s class for the next two and a half days and had many more profound breakthroughs!

Feeling Great Allows Synchronicities

I have noticed many times since then, that when I’m feeling great and connecting with people in meaningful ways, synchronicities show up that delight me. I often get phone calls with such perfect timing, that it’s almost like someone else is reading my mind.

It could be that I think warmly of a person and then they call me within a minute. It could be that I think of a situation, I come to peace with it, trust that things will work out, and then the right person calls to help the situation. This has happened many times, but it does not happen (or at least I do not notice it), while I’m in a period of struggle.

Miracles are natural to us. It our job to stay “connected” to that part of ourselves which knows securely that everything is well, trusts in ourselves, appreciates everyone / everything we meet, loves freely, and eagerly welcomes life! Then life replies accordingly!
